Shaun Clearwater is not only the owner, he is the flavor curator, community builder, and creative mind behind the experience. A Wheatland local with a taste for bold pairings and unforgettable atmospheres, Shaun set out to create something this town has been missing. Hop Riot is a place where wine and beer lovers can gather for elevated pours, seasonal bites, and real connection.

Inspired by classic charm and a rebellious edge, Shaun's vision is to turn Hop Riot into more than just a bar. He wants customers to feel the refined atmosphere and be a relaxed hangout for people who appreciate good conversation, crafted drinks, and the comfort of being somewhere that feels intentionally designed.
